This Privacy Policy explains how we (the "Developer") handle your information when you use 下来我开 (the "App"), an iOS application that analyzes your driving behavior and generates driving skill scores.

The table below describes data types the App may access and how each is handled:

Participating in leaderboards uploads only the fields above — never GPS coordinates or other analysis data. The brand you submit is always your own selection, not inferred from your device or location.

The App requests location access to improve driving skill analysis while you are actively using the App. Location is used only as follows:

• GPS coordinates are processed entirely on your iPhone and are never uploaded; our servers do not receive your lat/lon or location history.
• Only the resulting region name (e.g., province or state) may be uploaded when you submit to the leaderboard — this cannot pinpoint your address or driving route.
• We request "While Using the App" access only — the App does not track your location in the background.
• You can deny or revoke location permission at any time; features that require local region detection or location-based scoring may be limited.

When filling out Apple's App Privacy details: declare that precise location is used for app functionality on device and is not collected on servers; if you declare location-related data collected, use coarse location / region (the uploaded region name), not precise GPS.

本应用申请位置权限，用于在您主动使用应用期间辅助驾驶技术分析与评分。位置信息的使用方式如下：

• GPS 坐标完全在您的 iPhone 上处理，绝不外传；我们的服务器不接收您的经纬度或位置轨迹。
• 当您提交排行榜时，可能上传的仅是推导结果地区名称（如省份/州），无法据此定位您的具体地址或行驶路线。
• 本应用仅请求「使用 App 期间」（When In Use）定位权限，不会在后台持续追踪您的位置。
• 您可随时拒绝或撤销位置权限；依赖本地地区判断或位置辅助的评分功能可能受限。

在 App Store Connect 填写「App 隐私」时：说明精确位置在设备端用于应用功能、不在服务器收集精确位置；若声明收集与位置相关的数据，应使用粗略位置/地区（上传的地区名称），而非精确 GPS。

The App provides two leaderboard types:

• National Leaderboard (全国榜): ranks anonymous driving skill scores nationwide. We upload your score and, where applicable, the region name derived on your device (province/state text only — not GPS).
• Brand Leaderboard (品牌榜): ranks scores among users who drive the same vehicle brand. We upload your score plus the vehicle brand you manually select in the App. We do not read your car model from the device, VIN, photos, or any automatic detection — only what you choose to submit.

Across both leaderboards, we upload only anonymous scores, region names (locally derived), and self-selected brand names as described above. We do not upload your name, phone number, email, Apple ID, GPS coordinates, location tracks, sensor logs, or full trip records.

两类排行榜均仅上传上述匿名评分、地区名称（本地推导）与自选品牌信息。我们不会上传您的姓名、手机号、电子邮箱、Apple ID、GPS 坐标、位置轨迹、传感器日志或完整行程记录。

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your location data — with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for their own purposes.

Anonymous leaderboard data (scores, region names, and self-selected brands) is stored on our servers solely to operate the National and Brand leaderboards. We do not share it with third parties except as required by law or to protect our legal rights.

The App does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking frameworks. GPS coordinates and sensor data never leave your device through our systems.

我们不会出售、出租或与广告商、数据经纪商或其他第三方共享您的个人信息（包括 GPS 坐标）供其自身使用。

匿名排行榜数据（评分、地区名称与自选品牌）仅存储于我们的服务器，用于提供全国榜与品牌榜功能。除法律要求或为维护合法权益所必需外，我们不会向第三方提供该数据。

Driving scores and trip data stored on your device are protected by iOS system security (device passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, etc.). Location data used during a session is processed in memory on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Anonymous leaderboard data (scores, region names, and self-selected brands) on our servers is protected with industry-standard measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls. Since GPS coordinates never leave your device, their privacy is protected by your iPhone itself.

Please keep your device software up to date and use a strong passcode to protect locally stored trip and score data.

保存在您设备上的驾驶评分与行程数据受 iOS 系统安全机制保护（设备密码、Face ID、Touch ID 等）。会话期间使用的位置数据在设备内存中处理，不会传输给我们。

The App is intended for licensed adult drivers and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

本应用面向持有合法驾驶资格的成年用户，不面向 13 岁以下儿童（或您所在地区规定的最低年龄以下用户）。我们不会故意收集未成年人的个人信息。

You may manage the App's permissions at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services (and Motion & Fitness if applicable). Revoking location access stops the App from reading new location data.

You can delete locally stored trip and score data by removing the App from your device or clearing app data if such an option is provided in a future version.

If you wish to delete your anonymous leaderboard entries on our servers, contact us at the email below and we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

您可随时在 iOS「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 定位服务」（及「运动与健身」等相关权限）中管理本应用权限。撤销定位权限后，本应用将无法再读取新的位置信息。

删除本应用或（若未来版本提供）清除应用数据，可移除设备上本地保存的行程与评分记录。

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes — especially regarding location data — we will notify you through the App or App Store update notes where appropriate.
